the outside scoop: 15

This week, outside the studio…

if you live in california, you get it, this is apparently our new normal. for those of you not in california…
mudslides, flooding, power outages and huge storm surge has been going on for days with no signs of ending but at least we’re relieving our drought status
even urban hikes are hard to do these days, stay safe, warm and dry everyone

Had to make Bowie a raincoat, luckily he doesn’t mind it too much

  1. Hi Jenni
Good picture of Bowie! Luckily for Siskiyou County we are getting the fringes of the intense storms with no flooding so far and just a lot of nice soaking rains and snow on the mountain tops. The pictures of Santa Cruz & Watsonville have been unbelievable. I notice our old haunts on Trout Gulch had road closures. I hope you enjoyed your time in Baja. Happy New Year!

    1. Glad to hear you are staying drier than us Ernie! It truly has been unbelievable here, a good reminder that nature is in charge. : )
