Shipping & Return Policy

  • Currently we only offer online purchases and shipment within the United States.
  • We typically double box all orders to ensure safe arrival of your sculptures.
  • We try to reuse packaging materials whenever possible & hope you will too.
  • All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground.
  • Please allow 14-21 business days from the date of your purchase to your delivery date.
  • Once your order is shipped we will email you your tracking number.
  • Please include your phone number with your order so that if necessary, the carrier can contact you.
  • Due to its fragile nature, not all work is available for FedEx Ground shipping. Crating is available through fine art transport company, please contact us for a quote if you would like to arrange for a fragile piece to be crated for shipping.

In the event that your order is damaged during shipping you will receive a refund if you provide all of the original packaging for the shipper’s inspection. To claim a damaged shipment please refer to the claims process at FedEx.

  • Damaged packages must be reported immediately to FedEx.
  • FedEx will determine the amount of refund and not Jenni Ward ceramic sculpture.
  • The refund will be issued by the shipper and not Jenni Ward ceramic sculpture.
  • Please note, there are no exceptions to this policy.

returns & exchanges…

  • Original art work may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The work must arrive in the same exact condition as when they left.
  • The work must include all original packaging.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If originals arrive after 7 days from the date of delivery, you will not be eligible for a credit.
  • Any custom orders or printed work is not available for returns or exchanges.
  • Please note, there are no exceptions to this policy.
