Medusas

This piece is made with very thin pieces of perforated nearly translucent porcelain clay and high temperature wire. The forms are inspired by the structures of pulsating sea creatures drifting through the currents, hence their namesake Medusas. Suspended, the wire tendrils give the piece hints of movement and energy.
